Welcome to the AfterCare documentation. AfterCare reads the paperwork you leave hospital with and turns it into a structured recovery guide — medications, follow-up appointments, warning signs, and a daily check-in — all traced directly to your uploaded document.
AfterCare never invents clinical information. Not a dose, not a date, not a warning sign. Every item in your recovery plan is traced to a specific line of the document you uploaded. When AfterCare is not confident in a piece of information, it tells you so and points you back at the original text.

How onboarding works

Follow these three steps to go from a paper discharge summary to a complete recovery guide.
1

Create your account

Go to aftercare-web-eta.vercel.app and sign up with your email address and a password. No subscription or payment is required to get started.
2

Upload your paperwork

On the Upload screen, add your hospital discharge summary as a PDF or as one or more photos of the pages. AfterCare accepts multiple files in a single batch.
3

Open your recovery guide

Once processing completes, open the Dashboard to find your medications, appointments, warning signs, daily plan, and plain-language explanations — all sourced from your document.
